More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island among the images.

Furthermore included in this latest document disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.

The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a legend detailing various areas of the property.

Alongside this are what seem to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, such as plans for boat shelters.

More materials disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
